Welcome to XXotic Essence. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

2. Products & Services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, services, pricing, and availability at any time.

3. Payments

All transactions must be completed using accepted payment methods. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, branding, text, and designs, is the property of XXotic Essence and may not be used without permission.

5. Xxotic Essence Gift Card

  • Gift cards are valid for 9 years(108 months) from the date of purchase.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards may be applied toward any Xxotic Essence product or experience.

  • The gift card code must be presented at the time of booking or checkout.

  • Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Xxotic Essence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

6. Appointment & Event Policies

For fragrance experiences, workshops, or group sessions:

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeited deposits.

  • Group pricing and terms are outlined on the services page.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Misuse of products

  • Carrier delays

  • Losses resulting from website interruptions

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of  New York State.
