Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, most items are non-refundable once opened.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Missing items
  Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the affected items.

Unopened Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Experience / Workshop Refunds

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance: Partial refund, depending on your package

• Cancellations made within 48 hours: non-refundable

• No-shows: non-refundable
